Cisco Business Dashboard - CBS350 - internal-error - stream truncated

I need help because this switch keeps having trouble integrating with the Cisco CBD. This is the only error I'm seeing, and I don't know how to view more details about it. Usually my problems are related to DNS, but this device already has the correct configuration.

 As an additional detail, the server is updated to the latest version.

Please disable the Probe Operation (uncheck the checkbox), click apply, then re-enable the Probe Operation. Wait for 5 minutes then check if this can resolve the issue. If no, it is recommended to open a support case. The support team will need to collect logs from both the CBD and the switch to diagnose the issue. Engaging a support engineer will be the best course of action to resolve this problem effectively.
