I created a new organization in our CBD console, and when I try to associate any user to the organization, it just says "Failed to associate user to organization" IS there any information on what the requirements are to add users so they can view the organizations?

Before encountering the 'Failed to associate user to organization' error message, did you see any other error messages providing a detailed reason for the failure? Additionally, how many organizations have you created?

Hello,
There were no other errors present. We have quite a few companies. After some more digging, I believe I found the issue. Since we have AD integrated into the system for our users and security group. I had to go into the integration settings, and add the newly created organizations to the security groups themselves. This allowed the users to have access and fixed the problem. Seems like an odd way to handle user access, but at least I have it resolved.
