I am not able to seems attach my CSCO ID with my Cisco ID.I tried doing that from partner profile. The browser seems just go in circle. Unable to contact cisco cert team as well via phone. 
Need helps about acclaim verification link

In my cisco community profile it's show my badge, certificate logo but when others click on my badges it go to acclaim account but don't show my name & no verified option. How can i fixed it. I attached screenshot
