Every year, since 2010, Lithium recognizes and honors the global brands who are delivering world-class digital customer experiences with strategies and results that are truly transformative.
Cisco Community has been awarded with the prestigious 2018 Lithy Award for B2B Community Innovator.
The winners were announced at the CX Live Lithium Conference last October in Austin, TX. The competition was fierce with a total of 82 submissions. Winning in the B2B Community Innovator category is specially remarkable since it was all about merging the Cisco support and business communities to create one Cisco Community.
Denise Brittin had the honor of accepting the award on behalf of the entire Cisco Community. We want to thank and congratulate all the Cisco Designated VIPs and community contributors for making this community thrive. We also congratulate the entire development, product and business teams across Cisco who worked endless hours bringing Cisco Community to life. This award belongs to all of you!
