@Rich R Hey there.  Yes, that was a miss on our part when refreshing all the badges.  Can't undo it, but it's top of our list for future updates.  For the "first post" experience, we're looking at the flow and if there's anything we can do when a new member joins and starts posting and replying - all actions that result in badges and levelling up in rank ... hence notifications.  Unfortunately, notifications on badges and ranks is an all or nothing setting.  We can't regulate individually.  We'll let everyone know if we end up adjusting the badge or rank scheme.

Hi,

Today I did the whole course for Intro to DUO admin panel and passed the test at the end.  Then I made an account on id.cisco with the same email address.  But when I try to make it "fetch your certifications", it shows zero.  "No Badges for this user in acclaim"

How do I get a DUO cert or some visual swag for completing that course?

@DJ-Cornfield as far as I can see Introduction to the Duo Admin Panel is not a certification.  It's one module of the Level 1 Administrator Certification Exam.  Once you have have completed all the modules you then need to complete the certification exam.  Only then will you be considered Duo certified and qualify for a badge.

Also remember it can sometimes take a day or two for the various systems to update each other so your cert may not appear instantly.  If it's not there after a week then you might need to contact the community support - see https://community.cisco.com/t5/community-help-knowledge-base/community-help/ta-p/4662356

HI,

Why is the community responding to a thread with no useful info?
Do people get points for leaving a non-helpful "thanks for sharing" type message?
Seems like a reason NOT to get notifications on a topic that I care about.
