Beginning October 10, you'll notice a simplified customer experience in the Support Case Manager. We've reduced the number of Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) case statuses that are shown.

The benefits of this simplification are many:

  • Simpler, streamlined view with 6 case statuses instead of 14
  • Consistent naming and user experience across Cisco portals and Support Case Manager
  • Clear communication with Cisco
