- Nomination Process: Internal contributors will be nominated based on their activity, engagement, and impact within the community.
- Selection Criteria: The same rigorous criteria we use for external members-quality of contributions, helpfulness, and overall positive impact-will apply to internal contributors.
- Recognition: Winners will be announced quarterly, and they will receive the Spotlight Award badge, a special recognition, and a special shoutout on our social media channels.
