Cisco loves solving problems and innovating new ideas. By building the tools that have made online, worldwide collaboration possible and it’s how we interact today. To that extent, we are introducing our Cisco On Demand Solution that enables customers and partners to access and integrate Cisco Community & Support content into their web and mobile environments.
We want to now extend this to our developer community through our Cisco On Demand Developer Exchange - A new community where you can develop, collaborate, and share your code and earn recognition as a Cisco CODE Star. This is your place to innovate and create amazing things. With this collaborative space, it will be easy to write code and share it with your co-workers, friends, or other developers. We wanted to celebrate and kick-start this with our first Developer challenge – CODE Innovation Jam
The Challenge allows developers to create useful applications using an established set of APIs (from the Cisco Support Community) for a chance to win some cash prizes. The first 15 who sign up and provide an application to the Challenge will receive a $25 Gift Card (Amazon).
But the Challenge doesn't end there. All submissions will be Judged based on the Official Rules of the Contest, along with the creativity of the developer. The top 3 submitted applications will receive a cash prize of $500, $250, and $100 respectfully. That's a whole lot of cash in your pocket.
The deadline for entry into the Challenge is July 19th! So make sure you sign up now! Use the simple sign up form here!
App submissions must be entered before August 12th to be judged and considered for the respective prizes!
