CCNA Recertification (maybe Problem)

Hi,

I just has passed the ICND2 Exam 200-101 on 02/28/2014. But I don`t got the CCNA Certification

and die CCNA Card until now.

If I try to connect to the Cisco Certification Tracking I can not login to see my status of certification.

Can someone help me or is it maybe normal that shiping to Germany uses more than 5 weeks?

Hi Hans-Jurgen,

They usually take 6-8 weeks within the US and longer for overseas

Hi,

I solve my problem. Now I have my Certificate.

The problem was that the Testcenter used a new UserID. Now I have contact the

CISCO Support and they help me.
