I'm one member from Myanmar.
I need to kindly request your help about my trouble during my Cisco Exam for 305-401.
On last 8Mar22, I took encore exam. But It was happened one issue. During practice time, I greet with proctor and check around exam place with webcam, my webcam got some error from my side and I get out in front of camera for help from outside. I think that I can get out during practice time before exam.But my exam already ended by proctor and I haven't seen any question. Actually, exam fees USD 400 is very high for me.So, I really need to get way for exam reschedule chance or refund if you have faced this kind of situation previously. Please kindly help me if there is any way to resolve this.
*I requested pearson VUE immediately but replied that It's break exam rules that's why I don't have any chance to reschedule or refund exam fees.
