ISE is a AAA server based on RADIUS & TACACS protocols for doing network access control (NAC) of endpoints at your network access edge (wired, wireless, VPN).
Umbrella is a DNS service for all of your network endpoints to use and block them from certain categories of sites (gambling, porn, etc.) or known malicious sites on the Internet in case your users click on misleading or phishing links.
Stealthwatch is a network analytics tool that principally uses NetFlow to develop a network behavior baseline of endpoint groups that talk to other endpoint groups then alert you to behavioral anomalies (exfiltration, hoarding, command and control, etc.).
