How establish case in PSS and CCW or find out if it is establish when all cases are gone?

Hi Everyone!

I have problem with 2 tools where I can made case by email and response by email Partner Self Service and Cisco Comerce Workspace.

What is the point:  I can made a case even I get an annoucement that my case was done, and team asks me to wait for 24h for email with confirmation. After that time no emailis comming back and I have no case in my stuff.

I tryied to contact PH on web site www.cisco.com/go/ph but the procedure to make a case is the same as above so it makes no sense.

The number +32027042500 is permanently busy.

Don't know what to do next? Any ideas?

Have you tried the number without the 0. So +32270 and the rest.

Deleting zero helped ;-)

Unfortunately no one can help me with my problem.

They say that my CCO id's is invalid, but I'm an administrator in different Cisco tools and everywhere my CCO id works, so how it can be disabled?
