Can you include more details about the specific nature of the problem? For example:
What specific model of "leaf switch" does your company have that is experiencing this issue?
What specific interfaces are affected by this issue on the device?
What is the exact status of these interfaces according to CLI output from the device? show interface is the best command to see this.
What is the configuration of these interfaces?
Is there any common pattern between interfaces that are affected and not affected? (e.g. they all connect to the same device or type of device, they all have similar configuration, they all have a similar transceiver/cable inserted, etc.)
