I am new to cisco's so I am assuming I made a simple mistake in the setup of my cisco ASA 5506 when I use the packet tracer I get this output

I attached the config file. I am at a loss. I have tried a couple other forms but none of them worked. including some lines that you will see in my config file like

icmp unreachable rate-limit 1 burst-size 1
icmp permit any echo-reply outside
icmp permit any time-exceeded outside
icmp permit any unreachable outside
icmp permit any inside_1
icmp deny any outside
