C9500 switch stack with one C9200 access switch reload problem.

switch configuration with two C9500-24Y4C (Sw version 17.04.01) in stack mode and one C9200L-48P-4X (SW version 17.04.01) as access switch.

both c9500 are in stack mode with stack-wice virtual. they work fine.

the C9200 is connected with two ports to the C9500 stack. this also works fine.

when a reload is triggered on the C9500 stack, both C9500s reboot correctly. the c9200 does not perform the reload. this is the correct one.

if a reload is triggered on the c9200, the two c9500s are also restarted. in my opinion, this is not correct. the c9200 is not part of the stack.

C9200-SW1#show switch
Switch/Stack Mac Address : 8c94.1fc0.a300 - Local Mac Address
Mac persistency wait time: Indefinite
H/W Current
Switch# Role Mac Address Priority Version State
----------------------------------------------------------
*1 Active 8c94.1fc0.a300 1 V01 Ready

C9200-SW1#show switch stack-mode
Switch# Role Mac Address Version Mode Configured State
----------------------------------------------------------
*1 Active 8c94.1fc0.a300 V01 N+1 None Ready

and this is what the C9500 stack shows:
C9500-SW1#show switch
Switch/Stack Mac Address : 40f0.7802.a720 - Local Mac Address
Mac persistency wait time: Indefinite
H/W Current
Switch# Role Mac Address Priority Version State
----------------------------------------------------------
*1 Active 40f0.7802.a720 5 V02 Ready
2 Standby dc77.4c8a.3ae0 5 V02 Ready

what am i doing wrong?

thank you very much for your help
