So I have gone through this issue, what does open mean, and how to make that normal?
Interface Speed Local pair Pair length Remote pair Pair status
--------- ----- ---------- ------------------ ----------- --------------------
Gi1/0/13 10M Pair A 0 +/- 1 meters Pair B Open
Pair B 0 +/- 1 meters Pair A Normal
Pair C 0 +/- 1 meters N/A Normal
Pair D 0 +/- 1 meters N/A Normal

Hello @vban
Pair A is reporting its status as "Open", meaning the electrical signal sent down the cable is not being terminated properly, which typically means: the wire is cut or not connected, or there is no proper termination at the far end (unplugged, broken connector, unused pin).
Pairs C and D are also "Normal".
Pair B is reporting "Normal", which is good.

so do I need to unplug the connector and try with another interface or change the cable?

Yes, unplug the ethernet cable from both ends (switch and device) and inspect the conector for bent pins or dirt. Reconnect firmly and test again..
