Catalyst-Center Console Connection Problems

Hopefully someone can help me out hear.

I am having Problem getting the Console Port to work correctly.

The DNA is connected to a Avocent Terminal Server. The Problem is that it is not connecting correctly. I just see Lines.

Does anyone have any Ideas.

how about you use Laptop and connect to same console is that works as expected ?

Is there a particular reason why we are not utilizing the Cisco IMC portal for console access?
