Catalyst Center (DNA Center) 2.3.7.6-VA is not working

Hi,

I hope someone could help me.

I'm studying the DNA Center (Or Catalyst Center) in order to prepare for deployment.

so I have an ESXi server that has 512GB of RAM, 4TB SSD and 96 cores.

I've deployed the OVA of 2.3.7.6-VA and ran the initial setup.

I don't have enough resources for a cluster - so I ran only 1 VM.

when I login after the initial setup - I get "Unable to fetch the system status at this moment." message and blank screen at the bottom.

nothing seems to work - ChatGPT is not very useful.

Hi,

thanks for the prompt response - but I think we're missing something crutial.

it seems that the DNAC is broken - when I login I get the following

and when I look at 360 view as you suggested -

the VM is up and running for 24 hours - and still facing the same output.

also I can't ssh it, I can manage it via the VM Console.

We need to see what is and isn't running in the CLI. There should be no reason why you cannot get into the CLI unless you are not doing it over port 2222 and with the maglev user.

Also, you can only run this as a single node VM, you cannot run it with more than one VM in a three-node cluster like with the on-prem.

From the CLI we need:

magctl appstack status -f
