Cisco DNA Center Hostname Change

Is it possible to change the hostname of a DNAC three node cluster once all three nodes are up in HA?

AFAIK, yes you can. To get back into maglev wizard to make the change run: sudo maglev-config update
This process you are mentioning should create a new cert using that hostname. That process will also allow you to browse to the admin gui by the new cluster hostname. I agree with Mike, as a precaution i will recommend to contact TAC, if you are using external signed certificate, you will have to get a new certificate. Let us know how it goes.
