Hi this is a bit of a random one but a customer has complained that they are unable to see the VLAN information for ports under device details in Cisco DNA Center (Photo attached)
The description is however showing...
I will probably try doing a telemetry update (forced) during a change window but wondered if anyone else has come across it?

Haven't noticed that. What version are you running on the CCC? Have you tried resync on the device?

what DNAC Version and what is the switch IOS XE code running ? is this part of SD-Access or just added the device in to DNAC Inventory ?
i can see the port - does that mean device connected and allocated to VLAN ? is this same case all the ports up and working ?
