DNA License and Aggregate Throughput

If I purchased an C8300-1N1S-4T2X with a DNA Advantage license at Tier 3 BW (20G Agg.), but I do not renew the DNA license, will my throughput be throttled? Will I be able to utilize the full capability of the box minus the DNA features?
