DNA WITH ITSM - INVENTORY LIMIT

Hello Folks,

Has anyone already did itsm integration for CMDB? I'm having a problem with number of device in my environment, because i have more than 1000 device and the maximum available in configuration is 1000.

 ITSM and CMDB is practically an extension from each other. Every company I know that have ITSM, also integrates with some CMDB.

In your case, it seems that you need licensing, right?

Hello Flavio, 

No, my problem is not licensing. My integration with servicenow is working, but it sending only 1000 device from my inventory list under DNA CENTER. I have more than 1000 device as i told previously.
