I recently ordered some C3560CX switches and am configuring the first. The switches were ordered with DNA Essentials licenses and I have an active Software Central subscription. I entered a "right-to-use" activation for DNA Essentials with the cli, then entered the "call-home" commands. The switch then prompted me for the CCO credentials, which I enter but all I get in response is "!!Error occured: 7 (Disconnected)".
I verified that the switch can access the internet.
Any help would be appreciated.
