If you buy It from cisco representative and you tell them you need dnac license, Cisco will send the device to you with license installed.

Device is compatible with DNAC but you need to buy DNAC license to install on the device. This can be done via smart license or by other means. Contact a cisco reseller in your place, they will give you direction.

Correct, but then i can not use PnP, because the devices are already delivered. If i use smart licensing the i have to configure the device manually. Or do you know another way?
