No crashinfo files have been found for the device

i just had a 9200 crash.  it shows in show ver "Last reload reason : Critical software exception"  when i do a dir crashinfo: it shows:

 

show crashinfo-2:

but when i run the cli analyzer crashinfo analyzer it shows "No crashinfo files have been found for the device C9200-48P"

 

is there another way to analyze the crash files?

What firmware are you running on?
Can you check the "master" for any crashinfo file(s)?
