Call Forwarding for IP Phone 7962G

With the 7962G phone model, we've been able to do a hard forward, but we'd like our phones to roll to an external number rather than voicemail. We still want our phones to ring though. Is there a way to set this up?

you just define the call forward no answer and busy settings on the phone's line and set them to the external extension (like mobile) you want it to ring to (make sure you add the prefix, is you need a prefix for external calls).
