hi, anyone has experience in deploy OTV (L2 extension) on MSFT Azure? It seems Azure doesn't support OTV feature. Is that correct? where is the limitation? (multicast or MTU size?)

Public cloud providers like Azure/AWS doesn't allow VM to send out L2 packets (Multicast/Broadcast), so OTV/VXLAN/HSRP doesn't work there.
