A Cisco CSR 1000v Annual License was purchased via the AWS marketplace on 5th December. It later turned out to be an inappropriate product for the use case, and is the license is no longer is use/not required moving forward.
Would it be at all possible to have the annual license refunded? the trail period has been exceed by a very short period. The charges were close to $4000.
It this is possible, please advise on the process for this.
