Does CSR configured in VPC even support remote vpn access? How does the dhcp interface handle nat/pat?

Mabuaita,
Yes the CSR1000V configured in a VPC does support remote VPN access. There are a couple of links that describe how to setup DMVPN for AWS:
http://www.cisco.com/web/strategy/docs/gov/cisco_csr_in_aws_whitepaper.pdf
https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/12278356/dmvpn-and-vpc-redundancy-csr1000v-aws
There have also been a couple of posts in the forum with similar questions. If you have additional questions, please let us know.

Mabuaita,
To add to what Nick said, the CSR1000V is now supported as an SSLVPN (AnyConnect) headend in XE3.12 and later. If you've configured SSLVPN on classic IOS or on ASA, the configuration is a bit different. The new configuration method has been affectionately know as "FlexSSL" as it is a hybrid of FlexVPN and SSLVPN. Here's the configuration guide: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/sec_conn_sslvpn/configuration/xe-3s/sec-conn-sslvpn-xe-3s-book.html
