Our company is currently setting up a VPN to our cloud environment on AWS, with a mobile service provider.

My question is simple : I haven't purchased any "Software contract" or any licences. My understanding is that this product includes within its AWS pricing the software in the "Software/hr" formula.
Do I still need to purchase any form of extra licences in order to fully use this product? In this case, all we'll have is a VPN tunnel and redirecting some traffic to the internet.
