I want to open a VPN connection with Cisco Anyconnect in a Citrix VM (Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019).
I get the following errors:
Unable to retrieve logon information to verify compliance with Any Connect logon enforcement and VPN establishment profile settings. A VPN connection will not be established.
I found the following description in a Cisco documentation:
Description AnyConnect cannot enforce the user logon limit settings configured in the client profile because it cannot retrieve the local user login information. To ensure the protection of the private network, the VPN connection is not permitted.
In the event viewer appears very many time this error message:
