HPOM UCS SPI Failed to start monitoring

New install of HPOM in test environment is getting this error when trying to start the monitoring from the SPI UCSM Agent Controller. The test domain was added successfully but once the monitoring is started the following error comes up: The user does have system and HPOM admin privileges and all of the OM services are running.  Any idea of why this not working?

There is a new release of the UCSM Smart Plugin for HPOM -  version 2.3.1

Cisco UCS Manager Smart Plugin for HP Operations Manager (version 2.3.1)

Can you try it? Due to a known issue, the uninstallation of the current plugin should be done manually. The steps are available in the 2.3.1 installation guide and release notes.

Thank you reswaran, the old version was unistalled manually.  The new version has been installed and is now monitoring without error. Thanks again for the quick response!
