License Agreement for Cisco UCS Software Development Kits
Cisco Systems, Inc. Terms and Conditions
The following terms of this Agreement govern User's access and use of the all the Software Development Kits (the “SDK”). This license agreement applies to, but not limited to, the language bindings in Python, Java, .NET, PowerShell.
The SDK enables a user to develop APIs, scripts, utilities and solutions that interface with Cisco UCS Manager, Cisco UCS Central or Cisco IMC. The SDK is currently licensed to Users royalty free to allow Users to develop, implement, distribute and license the API/script/utility/solution for integrated UCS management.
No Warranty. THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL CISCO OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, COMPROMISED, ALTERED, LOST OR DAMAGED DATA, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES EVEN IF CISCO OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE HEREIN, ALL LIABILITY OF CISCO AND ITS SUPPLIERS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE FOR ALL CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL BE LIMITED TO FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000).
Except as provided herein, users may not distribute, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, disassemble or otherwise reduce the SDK to human-readable form, except to the extent otherwise expressly permitted under applicable law notwithstanding this restriction.
