C9200L-DNA-E-48-3Y subscription extension

The customer ordered C9200L-48T-4G-E with C9200L-DNA-E-48-3Y subscription. They have an ask to extend the subscription to 48 months instead of 36 months. The system only has the minimum 3 year SKU "C9200L-DNA-E-48-3Y". Is there a way for an order to be placed to extend the running subscription to 48 months?

It only has a 1 year 3 years or 5 years subscription. ( there is no 4 years subscription as per i know)

I general if you look up the price 3years +1 years almost near the price of 5 years, so it is customer benefit to go with 5 years.

or only option 1 year + 3 years. (if the customer insists).

Only 3,5 and 7 year SKUs are available. I don’t think 1 year SKU is available. I am referring to an already running subscription and the customer just wants to extend it by 12 months. I am not sure if we have a way to extend an existing subscription by 12 months.
