Configuration Failed error in Installing DNAC 2.2.3.6

I am getting Configuration failed error when installing DNAC, I tried few times and ended up same error. Need help.

Spoke offline with the original poster. Here is a recap of the findings:

1. Moderate Faults experienced in DNA Center CIMC. Raid Controller fault w/ Virtual Drive 2 in a degraded state. OP will reseat the RAID controller if necessary to see the that resolves the RAID controller fault and brings VD2 back to a health state.

2. When re-imaging an entire 3 node cluster. Shut down the 2nd and 3rd node fully before re-imaging the primary node.
