DNA Center and WLC 9800 - Netconf login fails

DNA Center claims that netconf login fails, even though it is turned on in the WLC:

netconf ssh
netconf-yang

It is also set to use port 830

I'm thinking it maybe has something to do with that the WLC is setup to use radius / AD to log in to the WLC?

And maybe the netconf user has to be local?

If so, how to fix it?

But by typing in this, wouldn't that kill Active Directory logon?

Anyway, I found that I had already created a local user that works when testing it from DNAC CLI.

When I created a new local user, the new one doesn't work. Very strange.

But I still cannot see my wireless clients in DNAC. Nor in Prime Infrastructure. (Using v17.3.4c on the C9800)
