DNA Center Backup error

Good afternoon all,

I recently reached out to one of the guys on our server team to create a storage location that I can use to backup our DNAC to. He sent me the path and IP for the storage location however when I try to setup configure the backup I get an error saying " WARNING remote directory issue, \\nameoflocation:/CISCO-DNA is not an absolute path. Can someone help shed some light on this error message please.

Hi Neville_Sears,

had the same issue because the server guys thought the Home Directory don't need to be listed.

You can double check by login to the Backupserver with the Backup User via SSH > cd into the Backup Directory and then run the command "pwd". Then you will see the whole Directory Path which is needed.

SSH IP: BackupServer IP

Server Path: /backupuserhome/backupdirectory
