Network setup for 450 users

Hello guys,

We are planning a network setup for a company with 450 users. It´s based on 3 floors. Floor 1, 3 & 5.

We have chosen to have a demilitarized zone for the servers. Does the setup below(attached doc) look logical and does it work? Is there any changes we should do? Do we actually need 3 routers or is one router enough?
