Application health is not showing data, sometimes because of jitter, packet loss or wireless delay, this is due to wireless AP or WLC connected to the application. In Connected mode, When FlexConnect AP can reach Controller, it gets help from controller to complete client authentication.

Hi Farhan,

sda and wlc are in the same lab with ap, they are in differents subnets but in the same lab

that i find out to be rare, maybe the mode of the wlc is setup it's important to see the applications

or do we need some kind of netflow in the routers to see the information?

we are going to test with this mode: In Connected mode that you mentioned in your response

to see if it change something, thanks for your help, best regards

what version you are on ?

make sure devices are supported as per this table

Let us know.

-hope this helps-

You need a compatible router installed in the fabric, and have Maximum telemetry applied to the router so you get netflow.

In the current DNAC version, a Router is mandatory to see App health stats since we rely on Netflow for this information. There's work going on to support App stats exported from a WLC running in Local mode.
