Switch IOS Upgrade Via DNAC

Hi All,

We are trying to upgrade the Stack Switch (Cisco 9300) IOS from 16.12.5b to 17.3.5 via DNAC which is getting failed in pre-check.

DNAC is running with Version 2.2.2.8 .

Can some one help us to know why the failure is happening and how to resolve the same

You see log details next to it, what you see ? is this first stack you trying to upgrade used DNAC ?

Yes this is the first stack i'm trying to upgrade and i cant see any log details next to this.

You can gain insight into the readiness checks that are performed and see which checks are failing preventing you from proceeding with the SWIM workflow for those devices.

Navigate to the Inventory -> Change the focus to 'Software Images' -> Select 'Needs Update' under the 'Software Images' column.
