I can not do PnP, The following message is displayed.

  Device disconnected probably due to incorrect certificate or TLS version

The following is the IOS and model number used.

  IOS : c2960c405ex-universalk9-mz.152-2.E8.bin

  Model number : WS-C2960CG-8TC-L

Is PnP possible using C2960CG?

I believe that is talking about the SmartInstall.
This feature has been permanently disabled if the appliance is running an IOS that was released after June 2018.
