Hi

I had a cisco 9500-48y4c randomly reboot yesterday for no reason. The only thing the logs show is that the evaluation licence expired just before it decided to reboot. Can anyone look at the log and figure out what caused it and how to fix it?

This is the log:

I think these are logs from bootup, not from before the crash.  Opening a TAC case is the best course of action.  They can investigate any crashinfo files or system reports that were deposited in flash to explain the root cause.

You are correct. The crash logs showed a memory leak issue which matches this bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvn17436/?rfs=iqvred

Looks like i will need to upgrade firmware.
