Cisco DNA offline upgrade

Hello everyone

We want to implement SD-Access solution in our LAN network. DNA version is 1.2.8 and it is full of bugs.

We want to upgrade it but for our organization’s policies can’t use direct internet or via proxy.

Is there any way to upgrade DNA offline with iso file?

Is upgrade file same as fresh install file?

Thanks in advance

For Offline (Airgap) Installs & Upgrades, you will need to open a Cisco TAC Case and request the ISO & Binary files for the Airgap process. After you open the Cisco TAC case, a request needs to be submitted to the Engineering Team for your Aigap Request. Once it is approved, the TAC engineer will post the images for you to download.

Please note airgap support was only introduced in 1.3.X. So for your specific case you will need to perform a cloud update(s) first in order to use the air gap update process.
