Cisco DNAC Error

Team,

I am getting following error on DNAC when i am defining address pool in global

"NCIP10114: 404 Not Found"

Any suggestion... Thanks

Mohammed,

 

With the information provided, it will be difficult to speculate what exactly the issue is.  I would suggest gathering the listed information that I provide and then open a Cisco TAC Case with the Cisco DNAC Support Team.

  • What is the current running version of the Cisco DNAC?
  • Cisco DNAC single node or 3 node Cluster?
  • Check and verify the existing IP Address Pools & Virtual Networks.  Is there anything missing or out of place?  Delete you delete an IP address Pool(s) prior to the issue starting?
  • Production or Lab deployment?
  • Perform "sudo rca" from an SSH session to the Cisco DNAC.  Get the RCA file from the Cisco DNAC and upload the file to the Case that you are going to open with the Cisco TAC.

Gather all the information and then open a case with the Cisco TAC.
