DNAC Compliance error: Startup vs Running Configuratio

Hi All-

Looking at my inventory I have a couple f switches that show the above mentioned error.  I know that I can fix this from the switch CLI, but there must be a way to do this from DNAC?  If I try "copy run star" from a "Run Commands" window, I get "copy run star
Command is blacklisted, execution not supported".  What is the proper way to do this?

Command runner is a read-only tool.  If it could do read-write commands, it would be a serious security issue.

  • The first thing that I would do is click "Run Compliance" in the compliance summary of the non-compliant switch.  After it completes, wait about 10 minutes and refresh your browser and check the compliance status

  • If the status is still "non-compliant",  re-provision the switch (if provisioned) and then repeat the 'Run Compliance' steps.
