DNAC Multisites Deployment

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for Centralized DNAC deployment for Assurance purposes for now and Sd-Access in near future. We have multiple sites and each site has 2000+ endpoints and 50 network devices. Sites are connected over IPsec with 50-70ms latency. So, what are the best deployment strategies for such cases considering Assurance & Sd-access together?

Appreciate any suggestions.

-AFAIK the preferred network latency between Cisco DNA Center and the network devices is 100 ms with 200ms being the max. I heard this may increase in the future (possibly), but those numbers are from 1.3.x deployments.
So, what are the best deployment strategies for such cases considering Assurance & Sd-access together?
-Take a peek at the following links for assistance.

HTH!

If latency would be an obstacle, then every site would need separate DNAC appliances ?
As per the requirement, this is decentralized deployment.

Anyway to overcome this issue?

It doesn't sound like latency is an obstacle for you.  If you have sites on different continents, that's when you may need to consider multiple Cisco DNA appliances.

If you have a lot of sites, you should keep in mind the supported scale numbers though.  The smallest 2nd gen appliance supports 1k network devices and 25k endpoints:

see "Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.0 Appliance: Scale and Hardware Specifications"

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/cloud-systems-management/dna-center/nb-06-dna-center-data-sheet-cte-en.html

The sites are located in different towns of the same country. Each site has 2000+ endpoints and 50 devices.
