How to get Issue using DNAC as Platform API

hi,expert:

  DNAC as Platform have API to get Issue,just like show on the follow picture. but I do not know what is issue_id and mac_address mean,how can i can get the issue id? mac_address is for device or client? how can i input the value for entity_type and entity_value ,please help to  give me some document or guidance?

if I want to use issue id, how can I get it? and how can I get all issue devices at same time? because if I use it by mac, the performance is not well to 5000 records
