Are you able to connect up with Stealthwatch  and what is the pathway netflow, pixgrid

Yes, you can integrate with StealthWatch, we actually have a user guide on how to do this Stealthwatch Security Analytics Service on Cisco DNA Center User Guide, Release 2.2.2 - Cisco

NetFlow is how the data is transported.

What is the difference with previous versions? at the Assurance level?

There are a lot of differences across all use cases.  For Assurance we have created the Wireless 3D Analyzer that allows for never before seen ways of looking at and modeling your wireless network.  We have enhanced path trace with new features (dubbed "True Trace") to make it much more powerful than a manual path trace.  In addition we have enhanced the Machine Reasoning Engine to give you RCA for AAA issues.  This is all in addition to the features that were mentioned in the original post.

If at all possible I recommend you attend the "What's New in Cisco DNA Center 2.2.3" Ask The Expert that is happening today for a more in depth look at all of the new features.  You can register here: IBN Ask the Experts (ATXs) Sessions (cisco.com)

Production networks are to be viewed critically. In most cases, a heterogeneous landscape prevails and outdated devices. How to use DNAC in this case without neglecting safety?
How is it about maintenance? Is there comes a worker to maintenance a system. How should he get access to the system/network?  Access via guest wlan?

Cisco DNA Center should be treated like any other server within the Data Center, it shouldn't be able to be accessed directly via the Guest WLAN, instead any maintenance worker should be accessing Cisco DNA Center via the management interface.  For more information I'd recommend attending the "Installation Best Practices: Cisco DNA Center" Ask the Expert IBN Ask the Experts (ATXs) Sessions (cisco.com) to learn about the various interfaces that Cisco DNA Center should be accessed from.

Impressive visuals and topic content!
