Under assurance I can't see any performance statistic, for snmp, netflow, capwap-control, dns, auth-service, db-service, dhcp, cisco-collaboration and netbios-ns

Any suggestions ?

This could be due to licensing. Did you purchase DNA Essentials or Advantage? For full assurance features you need Advantage. Essentials only provides limited assurance functions. Another area to look would be to ensure you have all the Assurance packages installed under Software Updates. For further info see: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/cloud-systems-management/network-automation-and-management/dna-center-assurance/1-3/b_cisco_dna_assurance_1_3_ug/b_cisco_dna_assurance_1_3_ug_chapter_010011.html#reference_m1x_csz_kbb
HTH!

Are there any types of traffic that you do see information about?

Is the traffic passing through cat9k's with the "lan" keyword configured on the access ports?  Have you altered the telemetry profiles for those sites to include "application visibility".  Usually that means using "Maximal Visbility" profile.

Here are the steps in more detail:

Hi there,

Yes I do see other traffic like Cisco-Jabber-Audio, LDP, Outlook-web-service and more.

Correct the "lan" is configured as description on the interface.
