What does it mean to "Restart network programmer service" (CSCvx86066)

We are having a problem similar to the one described in https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvx86066

exception: Error in running XDE Procedure, Error Message::Error occured while executing the command 'Failed to fetch the preview commands.'

The workaround says to "Restart network programmer service." What does that mean? How is it done?

Network programmer is one of many services that make up Cisco DNA Center. Network Programmer is part of the Fusion appstack. You can restart network-programmer by accessing the CLI of the DNA Center and running the command: magctl service restart -d network-programmer 

Make sure to use port 2222 when attempting to SSH to DNA Center CLI. The username is Maglev. Please note that the defect is fixed in DNA Center 2.2.3 & 2.3.2.2. If you are on 2.2.3 or 2.3.2.x and are still hitting what appears to be this defect, please open up a TAC case to troubleshoot further.
